Deborah Lippmann Sweet Dreams Nail Lacquer ($18.00 for 0.50 fl. oz.) is described as a "candied pink" and has a "3D holographic" finish. It's a brightened, medium-dark fuchsia pink with gold-to-orange flakies. It has a jelly-like finish and look to it. I don't have anything that looks like this, but if you had a brightened pink jelly and a flakie top coat, you could probably dupe it that way. Zoya Lara is similar in color but has a cream finish. OCC Palare is slightly bluer in tone and doesn't have a jelly-like finish.
