Danessa Myricks Limesickle Colorfix Metallic ($18.00 for 0.34 oz.) is a vivid, almost neon green with subtle, warm undertones and a sparkly finish. The texture seemed consistent with past shades I've tried, but this shade had a very dry, dry down, particularly on my lips, where it felt dry, textured, and dare I say it, crusty? It was uncomfortable as a texture, and it felt like it sucked the life out of my lips entirely.
I found it yielded more opaque coverage when I tried to apply it as an eyeshadow compared to as a lip product; the latter required building up, and as I built it up, the texture got worse and areas still looked patchy. This was one of the more unforgiving shades with respect to application, even after I've tried and worked with many shades within the range (so I feel like I've got the hang of them!). The color showed signs of fading after nine hours of wear but had light fallout after seven hours of wear as an eyeshadow, while it lasted for five hours but flaked off unevenly as a lip product and was drying.
