ColourPop Surprise Ultra Metallic Liquid Lipstick ($6.00 for 0.11 fl. oz.) is a bright, medium pinky-red with fuchsia and ruby red pearl. It had semi-opaque pigmentation, but it was bright enough where it almost didn't matter because you could barely tell my natural lip color was coming through (my lip freckle was what was most apparent).
The consistency was thin, a little gritty from all the pearl, but it didn't feel dry or uncomfortable as it "dried." This formula doesn't have a totally transfer-proof dry down, so there was a light tackiness during wear, but I didn't have any issues with color moving or lifting if my lips pressed together. The color wore well for just over six hours, left a stain behind, and was a bit drying after four hours of wear.
