ColourPop Peeps Blue Super Shock Shadow ($6.00 for 0.07 oz.) is a bright, almost cyan blue with strong, cool undertones and flecks of pink and lavender micro-sparkle over a metallic finish. The texture was on the thicker side, which made it chunkier to work with and more difficult to spread out with an even layer.
I'd recommend using a flat brush to apply an initial layer and then pat on additional product as needed with a fingertip as this ensured that one didn't over-apply. It had mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation that stayed on well for 10 hours without fading or creasing.
