ColourPop Creepin' Super Shock Shadow ($6.00 for 0.07 oz.) has more of a translucent base with moderate sparkle and pearl that shifted from cooler blue to more aqua-blue. It would work well layered over darker shadows or used as a highlighter/all over the lid shade but definitely not as pigmented as most of the brand's Super Shocks.
