Avant Garde is a medium-dark gold with warmer undertones and a lightly sparkling, metallic finish. The texture was smooth, lightly emollient, and lightweight as it quickly transformed to a more powder-like finish once it came into contact with my skin. It had opaque color coverage that adhered evenly and blended out well along the edges. It stayed on nicely for over 10 hours without fading or creasing on me.
