ColourPop Issa Super Shock Pressed Pigments ($5.00 for 0.07 oz.) is a deep purple with subtle, warm pink undertones and blue and purple pearl. It had nearly opaque pigmentation with a smooth, creamy consistency that was lightly emollient but spongy and dense like other Super Shocks. As a blush, it did not sheer out as evenly as I would have liked, but with some patience, it could work. It functioned better as an eyeshadow, where it went on with good coverage, adhered evenly, and was blendable along the edges. It wore well for 10 hours on me without fading or creasing.
Per the brand, this shade is "[n]ot intended for use in the immediate eye area." This is a warning that often comes with neon and fuchsia/red shades where coloring ingredients are not approved by FDA for usage on the immediate eye area, but you'll want to assess your own sensitivities and thresholds while also reading the ingredient list for yourself. It can be used on cheeks as a blush.

For maximum coverage: Use fingertip and tap onto skin. A synthetic brush will also work well for more precise placement, however, finger application will have the most intense pigment lay-down. To blend: Use a fluffy brush that has good movement, dip tip of the brush into the pressed pigment and blend. This will make your colour softer and more diffused (like a total pro). When finished: Close that sucker up tight! Don’t leave the jar opened for long periods of time, you may lose some of the magic that makes the Super Shock Pressed Pigments so amazzzing. *Not intended for use in the immediate eye area.
