ColourPop Frosted is a very warm-toned, medium gold with a pearl finish. It is a limited edition highlighter that retails for $10.00 and contains 0.15 oz.

Frosted is a light-medium gold with warm, yellow undertones and a pearly sheen. The finish had less obvious shimmer and more of a reflective, smooth sheen. It had opaque coverage when applied with a flat, synthetic brush (or fingertips), and more medium, buildable coverage when applied with a stippling brush--just as described. It had a smooth, spongy texture that wasn't too wet or too dry in the pan, so it was easily blended like a cream blush but dried down and set like a powder blush. The highlighter lasted for over ten hours on me.
