Wind is a muted, yellowed orange with warmer, brownish undertones and a matte finish. It had rich color payoff that applied evenly to bare skin and blended out well. The consistency was soft, velvety, and smooth without being too powdery nor too firmly pressed into the pan. It stayed on well for eight hours before showing signs of fading.
