Tiara is a medium blue with moderate, cool undertones and a frosted finish. The texture was more emollient and thicker, which resulted in a somewhat uneven, more semi-opaque laydown of product that did not build up. I'd recommend using it with a dampened brush, but it was never as blended as desired. It lasted decently for seven and a half hours on me.
