The Palisades is a medium, coppery brown with strong, warm orange undertones and a smooth, metallic sheen. It had opaque pigmentation paired with a moderately dense, lightly creamy texture that wasn't too firmly-pressed into the pan, so it remained easy to pick up and to blend out. There were signs of fading present after eight hours of wear.
