Starshine is a medium orange with strong, warm undertones and a frosted sheen. It had opaque color coverage in a single layer. The eyeshadow felt soft, slightly dry to the touch, so it did not go on quite as evenly as desired but it blended out without issue. I think the color would go on even easier with a dampened brush, though. The color started to fade noticeably on me after eight hours of wear.
