ColourPop Spinning Wheel is a very cool-toned, very light pink with a sparkle finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow that retails for $4.50 and contains 0.05 oz.
Spinning Wheel is a pale, iridescent pink base with flecks of pink-to-violet shifting sparkle over a more pearlescent sheen. The eyeshadow had rich color coverage in a single layer, while the texture felt soft, lightly creamy, and was a bit thicker, which resulted in slight fallout during application. It wore nicely for eight hours on me before showing signs of fading.
