Rowdy is a light, yellowed beige with warm undertones and a satin finish. The eyeshadow had opaque color payoff in a single layer, which applied evenly to bare skin. The consistency was soft, velvety, and had enough substance to go on opaquely on the lid. It wore well for eight hours before fading slightly.
