Rock Steady is a muted, medium taupe with neutral-to-warm undertones--more olive than typically warm-toned, like yellow or red--paired with a matte finish. The consistency was fairly powdery, so one had to be careful to tap off the excess and using pressing/patting motions to avoid fallout. It had full opacity in a single layer, which lasted well for eight hours before fading visibly.
