Rock On is a soft black with neutral-to-warm undertones and flecks of multi-colored sparkle over a matte finish. The texture was somewhat powdery, and the sparkles tended to migrate or fallout during application as they did not bind with the base color well. The underlying base color was opaque and lasted for eight hours with light fallout over time.
