Pulling Strings is a muted, medium brown with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had opaque pigmentation that applied evenly and smoothly bare skin. The texture was soft, a smidgen dusty, but it blended out well and wasn't too messy in the pan. The color started to fade on me after eight hours of wear.
