Perky is a muted, medium-dark coral-orange with warm undertones and a matte finish. The color payoff was opaque, while the eyeshadow had a soft, blendable consistency that wasn't too soft nor too firmly pressed in the pan. It was easy to apply and stayed on well for eight hours before showing signs of fading.
