Over Ice is a light-medium, pinky-coral base with lighter, peachy-gold shimmer that gave it a metallic finish. The eyeshadow had rich color payoff that adhered evenly to bare skin and diffused well along the edges. The texture was smooth, lightly emollient but not overly dense. It lasted well for eight hours before fading a bit.
