Outta Luck is a peachy beige with warm undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow was richly pigmented with a smooth, velvety texture that was somewhat powdery in the pan but had the substance necessary to adhere well to bare skin without sheering out too readily. It stayed on well for eight hours on me.
