Oasis is a medium-dark yellow with warmer undertones and a matte finish with flecks of random sparkle that didn't bind much with the underlying base. I found that most of those loose sparkles disappeared during application, so fallout wasn't a major issue. The texture was somewhat powdery, but the product applied evenly to my lid and blended out with just a bit of sheering out. It had mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation that lasted for eight hours on me.
