Meter is a muted, medium-dark brown with subtle, warm undertones and a frosted finish. The texture was slightly drier and more loosely-pressed to the touch, so there was light fallout during application if I wasn't careful to press it on. It had opaque pigmentation that wore nicely for eight hours before fading a bit.
