Lots of Tinsel is a light-medium, reddish-copper with a metallic sheen. The eyeshadow felt more loosely-pressed, but it wasn't too powdery nor prone to fallout. It had full color payoff that applied evenly and stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.
