I'm Chillen is a muted, medium blue with strong, cool undertones and a matte finish. The texture was rather powdery, so it was prone to sheering out and had fallout when applied (even when I was careful). It had semi-sheer color payoff that was hard to build up unless it was patted on top of a tacky base (regular eyeshadow primer wasn't enough). It wore well for seven hours before I noticed slight fading.
