Fluff is a medium lavender with neutral-to-warm undertones and a chunky, sparkling finish. It seemed more loosely-pressed in the pan, and there was a chunkiness present that made it harder to apply with a dry brush. I'd recommend using a dampened brush or a fingertip to apply, which helped the product adhere more smoothly and minimized fallout.
It had nearly full color payoff in a single layer (even dry). The color started to show signs of fading after eight hours of wear, and there was a touch of fallout over time.
