ColourPop Dark Side is a slightly cool-toned, dark black with a semi-matte finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow that retails for $4.50 and contains 0.05 oz.

Dark Side has a medium-dark black base with finer burgundy micro-sparkle over a matte finish. The sparkles almost entirely disappeared in practice as they just... diffused and blew away, so while it appeared more burgundy in the pan, it ended up being a slightly softer black in practice. The eyeshadow had opaque color coverage with light fallout and a somewhat powdery, albeit blendable, texture. It wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
