Billie Jean is a pale, light-medium blue with cool undertones and a metallic sheen. The texture was more loosely-pressed, slightly thicker, and I felt like it needed to be applied with fingertips or a wet brush to ensure even, smooth application of color. With a dry brush, it was a little fussier and didn't go on as evenly, especially along my lash line. It had good pigmentation that lasted well for eight hours on me before creasing faintly.
