ColourPop Anthem is a moderately warm-toned, medium brown with a frost finish. It is a permanent eyeshadow that retails for $4.50 and contains 0.05 oz.
ColourPop Anthem Pressed Powder Shadow ($4.50 for 0.05 oz.) is a darker, coppery brown with warm undertones and a frosted finish. It had opaque pigmentation in a single layer, while the texture was soft, blendable, but a little drier and more loosely-pressed, so there was light fallout during application (I'd recommend applying with a fingertip or a dampened brush to mitigate fallout if that's a concern). It wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably on me.
