Alter Ego is a medium, warmer mauve with flecks of silver sparkle over a matte finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation with a moderately powdery texture, which resulted in some fallout. The sparkles adhered to bare skin but were too readily dispersed when blended, so it was best applied in gentle patting/pressing motions to mitigate the fallout and movement. It wore well for eight hours well but had some additional fallout over time.
