Sweet Cinnamon is a rich, burgundy-brown with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. The texture of this wasn't as finely-milled as most shades in the quad range, and it impacted the blendability of it on my cheeks. I'd recommend applying this with a feathery brush, building up as desired, and then using a clean, larger powder blush to diffuse and buff it out. The blending was so-so, but the dryness of the blush was present on my skin.
I would be careful about applying it over more powdered/set foundation, too, which seemed to exacerbate the issues. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation that lasted well for eight and a half hours before fading visibly.
