Flossy seemed to have a clear base with medium-sized glitter particles in various shades of pink (lighter, warmer; darker, warmer) along with some iridescent pieces. It had decent dispersion when applied to skin, though some particles--the lighter, warmer pink--seemed to clump into areas more so than other particles. The texture was emollient, a little tacky, and felt almost wet to the touch, so it was able to be pushed around in the pan. As a cheek highlighter, there was some migration visible after eight hours of wear.
This shade contains plastic (PET) glitter and is not approved for use around the eye area.
