Inclusion of this ingredient sometimes carries a warning (in the US) that the product is "not intended for use in the immediate eye area." This ingredient has not been approved for usage on the eyes per the FDA. In recent years, some brands are including this product in their eyeshadows without any warning or callout and effectively marketing them as eyeshadows or including a symbol of an "eye" which suggests eye usage. I don't even understand, why did ColourPop think it was a good idea to put glitter in every eyeshadow palette they produced back in 2015-2016. Glitter is a niche thing, it isn't for everyone. 99% of glitter isn't enviroment-friendly, because it's the main plastic trash in the world, it gets everywhere and it's hard to get rid of glitter, because it just grabs on everything it touches. Also, it's dissapointing, that ColourPop put a kind of glitter, that isn't safe for eye area (and literally marked as such on the packaging), into EYESHADOW palette. If glitter isn't safe to put on eyes, it shouldn't be in eyeshadow palette in the 1st place. No warning caption on the packaging justifies that, it's still a stupid decision. I gave this glitter 2nd star only for nice orange-yellow-green shift. But ColourPop could just put a beige eyeshadow with orange-yellow-green mica shimmer instead. Yes, it wouldn't look as bodacious, but it would be much nicer and safer.

The built in glue smelled so bad to me. It was unwearable, in my opinion. Such a shame because its beautiful.

This glitter is WAY too chunky to even be used, or even stored! It continuously fell out of the palette until i just cleaned the pan into the garbage
