ColourPop Hey Big Spender Lux Lipstick Kit ($12.00 for 0.155 oz.) includes a satiny, blue-based red lipstick with a matte, very blue-based red lip pencil. When layered, the end result was more semi-matte and seemed about as cool-toned as the lipstick was on its own. Both shades were quite pigmented and long-wearing, while the lipstick was--unsurprisingly--more comfortable to wear on its own and was somewhat hydrating.
