ColourPop Elite Lux Gloss ($8.00 for 0.16 oz.) had a more translucent base--didn't even really seem tinted to me!--with flecks of larger lavender and silver micro-sparkle that gave the illusion of semi-sheer coverage from the shimmer/sparkle.
