Dream House is a muted, medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had mostly opaque color coverage in a single stroke, which was buildable to full coverage with more overlapping strokes. The texture was lightly creamy and smooth, which helped it glide comfortably over my lips, even for filling in. It separated a bit along my deeper lip lines and didn't apply as evenly as ideal, but it wasn't too far outside what I'd expect for a lip pencil. It wore well for five hours and felt non-drying.
