ColourPop Fanatic Glossy Lip Stain ($8.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a bright, almost neon, pinky-red with cooler undertones and a glossy, jelly-like finish. It had medium color coverage in a single layer, which could be intensified with a second layer, though be sure to wait for the first layer to "set."
It had a thin, watery consistency initially, which took about 30 seconds to thicken and become a touch tackier, and this was when it was "set." It stayed on well for six hours, left a strong stain behind, and felt lightly hydrating over time.
