ColourPop Jubilee is a slightly cool-toned, very dark fuchsia with a matte finish. It is a limited edition eyeliner that retails for $5.00 and contains 0.01 oz.
ColourPop Jubilee Crème Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is a vivid, pinky-red with strong, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation in a single pass, which adhered evenly to the lower lash line and moved comfortably across without tugging. The texture was moderately creamy, slightly dense/thick compared to the average eyeliner, and was quick to set. It lasted well for nine hours and left a bit of a pinkish stain behind after I removed it for the day.
This shade came with the warning that it was "not intended for use around the immediate eye area."
Creamy application makes blending super easy, and the formula dries down for long-lasting wear! Because the liner is so creamy, do not over advance your liner to prevent breakage. For blending and smoky looks, use a pencil brush. Smooth glide for easy and comfortable waterline application.
