ColourPop So Fly 9-Pan Pressed Powder Shadow Palette ($14.00 for 0.3 oz.) is a new, limited edition and Ulta-exclusive palette (at least, for now!) that includes five matte eyeshadows (though one had some sparkles) and four shimmer eyeshadows. There was a good amount of contrast between depth and finish, though I don't think it encapsulates a dragonfly theme to the best of the brand's abilities from a color story perspective. The eyeshadows were, generally, pigmented, blendable, and longer-wearing with a few shades being more prone to fallout.
