ColourPop All I See is Magic 15-Pan Shadow Palette ($20.00 for 0.56 oz.) includes 15 shades in varying hues and finishes, though it's still what I'd consider to be a more neutral palette. There are two shades that act like pops of color--Tinsel Town and Wishful Thinking--so it'll work for someone who likes their warmer-toned neutrals and has wanted to pair them with some more metallic finishes. It's another solid palette from ColourPop, though, as most of the eyeshadows were quite pigmented, easy to apply, and long-wearing.
