ColourPop Bye Bye Birdie 12-Pan Pressed Powder Shadow Palette ($18.00 for 0.36 oz.) is a new palette released in time for the holidays. It features a mix of finishes from Super Shock Shadow to Pressed Glitter.
The mattes seemed a bit more powdery than the average shade in the finish, but they were fairly pigmented, blendable, and long-wearing so just take care to tap off excess and/or apply eye makeup before base products. The Super Shock Shadows were sheerer, though sparkly, and worked better as highlighting shades (like for the inner tearduct) or layered over something else.
Note: Ruffled and Emuse Me are Pressed Glitters and Heron Chic is a Pressed Pigment; all three are "not intended for use in the immediate eye area."
