Romance is a brighter, dark navy blue with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had a tendency to fade a bit when applied to the skin, and when combined with some of the other pinks in the palette, it turned more purplish than blue (also the end result of so many attempts to use the lighter shades to blend into it instead of blending it into lighter shades). The texture was drier, almost chalky, and extremely difficult to blend--I spent 10 minutes try to diffuse the edges and get the blue to sit evenly on my lid to little success. It lasted for seven and a half hours on me before fading (well, more than it initially did).
