Queen Mother is a medium-dark plum with warm undertones and a frosted finish. The eyeshadow had a smooth, creamy consistency that was denser but easy to use (even with a regular eyeshadow brush, not a flat/firm brush) that applied with rich, opaque coverage on bare skin. It wore well for eight and a half hours on me before fading.
