Cloudy is a light-medium peach with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had good pigmentation with a soft, moderately powdery texture, so I'd advise tapping away excess and possibly applying this before any deeper shades, as there was fallout (even when I tried to minimize it). It wore well for seven hours on me.
