ColourPop Hello Super Shock Shadow ($5.00 for 0.07 oz.) is described as a "soft pastel yellow in a matte finish." It's a brightened, light yellow with a white base and matte finish. It had semi-sheer pigmentation and had a drier texture that tended to pill. It didn't feel dried out per se in the pot, but it just didn't have the same blendability or slide of the majority of the range. I couldn't get the color to go on completely smoothly, unfortunately. It started to crease after eight hours of wear. ColourPop One & Done (LE, $5.00) is more beige. Makeup Geek Mirage (LE, $5.99) is darker. NARS Misfit #1 (P, $24.00) is darker, more beige. Our famous long-wearing crème powder formula with a unique bouncy-like texture. It's super creamy, insanely pigmented, and has one swipe intensity with zero fallout. For Max Coverage - Use your fingertip and tap shadow directly onto the eyelid. A flat, firm synthetic brush will also work and is perfect for detailed application close to the lash line. To Blend - Use a fluffy synthetic brush with good movement, dip the tip into the shadow and apply with a "windshield wiper" movement throughout the crease of the eye for a soft and diffused look.

I think Christine might have gotten a bad pan of Hello, because mine is a very "wet" cream - it is not dry nor does it pill as she describes her pan. I did not have significant creasing. I think this shade is on par with the quality of ColourPop's other matte shades.
