Clionadh Lucidium Iridescent Multichrome Eyeshadow (Series 2) ($19.99 CAD for 0.05 oz.) has a transparent base chocked full of multichromatic shimmer that shifted from chartreuse to lime green to cool lavender to pink. It had a smooth, more pearlescent finish.

These shadows appear white in the pan, but have intense colour shifting reflects. They have a nearly transparent base, so they work great for all skin tones.
