Clionadh Ornamental Glitter Multichrome Eyeshadow ($7.50 for 0.05 oz.) has a semi-translucent, greenish base packed full of pearl and smaller sparkle that shifted from intense, greenish-gold to lime green to soft green paired with a sparkling, metallic finish. Per the brand, it had a "semi-sheer" base and shifted "from yellow gold-lime-turquoise." I easily detected a very strong, almost orange-gold hue that turned to more lime-like (very green!) to more of a chartreuse.
The consistency was smoother, lightly emollient, and it wasn't as heavy on the "glitter" (which is more sparkle, as it is not plastic glitter!), so it was less prone to fallout than many other shades in the range. It had opaque color coverage that applied evenly to bare skin with minimal fallout when applied with a fingertip, and it had no fallout when applied with a dampened brush; these were the two ways recommended by the brand.
I know not everyone loves using fingertips or wet brushes, and using a dry brush was totally doable but had light fallout during blend but still yielded coverage that was even and buildable. It stayed on nicely for eight and a half hours with slight fallout over time.
