#119 Satin Eye Color ($45.00 for 0.07 oz.) is described as a "shimmering pearlescence [that] creates a dewy, luminous glow." It's a pale, light golden beige with a soft, frosted finish and pale gold sparkle. It had semi-opaque color coverage--noticeably color but not intensely pigmented. It worked well as a highlighter or an all-over shade to brighten lids. I can see that some readers may prefer the lit-from-within quality of the color and finish, which may be more important than the pigmentation.
