Cle de Peau Golden Coral (237) Enriched Lip Luminizer ($35.00 for 0.07 oz.) is a muted, medium coral with warm undertones and fine, gold pearl. It had semi-sheer, buildable pigmentation (up to semi-opaque) with a creamy, smooth, and moderately emollient consistency. It applied evenly but had slight color that settled into some of my lip lines, though the glossier finish made that less apparent at a normal viewing distance. The color wore well for three hours and was moisturizing.
The Enriched Lip Luminizer formula is supposed to have "sheer color" with a "soft and silky formula that melts onto lips" that is "long-lasting" and hydrating. It's a been a long-time favorite for luminous, hydrating, and comfortable lip colors. I feel like they make my lips look pillowy--soft, slightly plumper. The coverage ranges from semi-sheer to semi-opaque, while the texture is very balmy, creamy, and emollient. The wear varies from three to five hours, depending on the intensity of the shade. I find the formula very hydrating while worn but also after the color has worn away.
