Clarins Jade #3 is a neutral-toned, dark blue with a pearl finish. It is an eyeshadow that is permanent in this palette: Jade (05).

Jade #3 had more of a blackened, navy blue base with lighter navy blue and mid-tone blue pearl that gave it a soft sheen. It had opaque pigmentation, but the texture was firmer and a little stiff to work with, so it took a heavier hand to pick up product evenly. It blended out better than I expected based on the feel of it in the pan, but it could have been easier to diffuse. This shade lasted decently for eight hours before fading visibly.
