Cosmic Pearl #4 is a medium, reddish-plum base with contrasting green-teal pearl and sheen. There was a slight shift to it, but I felt like I saw the contrasting shimmer/pearl more often than an actual shift. The texture was moderately dense, more like a gel-powder hybrid formula by touch and performance, as it picked up readily but had no powderiness and then "melted" onto my lid as I blended it out. The eyeshadow had opaque pigmentation that stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.
